We specialize in providing insurance for New Jersey Floor Covering Contractors, Carpet Installers, Linoleum Installers, Vinyl Flooring Installers, and more. We can provide general liability coverage alone or in a package that includes tools coverage, equipment, supplies, installation floaters, commercial automobile, the commercial umbrella, etc.

We write small- to medium-sized floor covering contractors in New Jersey who do most of the work themselves with very little work subcontracted out, i.e., no “paper” contractors who sub out most of the work.

Coverage for New York City is limited. We can insure the occasional job in NYC, but the majority of business must be completed in New Jersey.

General liability limits are available in the amounts of $500,000 or $1,000,000. One million coverage is almost always chosen because the difference in premium is very little.
