Angelo has a long and successful history of matching clients with the right coverage and insurance company over the past 30 years. He joined Henry O. Baker lnsurance Group in 2000 and immediately took an active role in helping to grow the agency. In 2004, he was invited to become a partner and has played many key roles in the success of the agency.

His professional expertise and respect is evident in his former position as the President of the Morris-Sussex Independent lnsurance Agents. Angelo actively participates in various industry development councils to improve agency and insurance company relationships. He currently serves on the Board of St. Paul Inside the Walls in Madison, NJ, and is Chairman of The Board of Trustees at Assumption College for Sisters. Angelo was the recipient of the Vivere Christus Award by the Diocese of Paterson for his service and has been honored as the Entrepreneur of the Year by the East Hanover ltalian American Club.

John Vance Perry, otherwise known as JP, began his career at Henry O. Baker lnsurance in 2000 and immediately began to develop the sales department at the agency. From the start, JP has brought significant clients to the firm, grew the sales team, and took on the role of agency recruiter by bringing many of the agency's best employees. In 2004, JP became a partner at Henry O. Baker.

JP has also developed relationships for the firm to successfully complete many mergers and acquisitions over the years. He has played integral role in developing and maintaining the agency's strong carrier relationships, which the agency prides itself on. He has proudly served on Agency Council teams throughout the years.

JP has a philanthropic heart and has been asked to serve on various boards because of this. He served on the DEA Survivors Benefit Fund Board for 6 years, the Red Cross of Sussex County for over 2 years, and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Project Self Sufficiency. In his personal time, JP is an avid golfer and has been a member of Rockaway River Country Club for over 7 years.

Michael Deo began his career in the Insurance/Financial Industry after graduating in the fall of 1999 with his Finance undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and his Graduate Degree in Business Administration and Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Prior to joining Henry O. Baker in 2016, Michael spent 6 and a half years at a mid-sized independent insurance agency, over 5 years at Willis North America, and just under 5 years at Merrill Lynch & Co. In 2020, Michael became a Principal of Henry O. Baker Insurance Group.

As a Principal, Michael is focused on clients who require sophisticated risk management support in conjunction with specialized insurance policies. In this role, he is responsible for managing client relationships and working with team members on the placement and management of both insurance and surety bond programs, in addition to driving new business within the sales team.

Michael stays involved with all of his alumni associations including Immaculata High School, University of Maryland, and Fairleigh Dickinson University. He also supports local communities by serving on the Boys and Girls Club of Newark Committee annual fundraiser golf outing, currently serving as the President of the Tewksbury Township Board of Education, and by coaching the 6th grade travel lacrosse team. From 2011 to 2018, he coached the Immaculata High School golf team. Michael still remains an influential player with the University of Maryland golf team where he served as two-time captain during his time as an undergraduate.

Michael is currently involved with many insurance industry organizations and has served as an insurance key witness. His outside interests include toumament golf, coaching his children in sports, and outdoor activities. Michael and his wife Sylvia, son Jake, and daughter Sydney live in Tewksbury, New Jersey.
